Over 20 billion OTC and prescription tablets are manufactured using Covidien Mallinckrodt stearates annually. Covidien Mallinckrodt stearates are sold throughout the world including North America, Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. In addition to pharmaceutical applications, our stearates are critical ingredients in food, plastic processing, and specialized industrial coatings.

Phosphates

We offer a full line of pharmaceutical and ACS Ammonium, Sodium and Potassium Phosphates manufactured at two distinct facilities, Phillipsburg, NJ and St. Louis, MO.

Our phosphates are used in applications such as providing critical buffering during drug purification processes, acting as purgatives and serving as a diagnostic carrier.
